Is it the same as what your certificate says? The ISO auditor we just had said that the Quality Objective we had in our quality manual had to be the same as what it said on our past ISO certificate.

The question is about quality policies, which are different from quality objectives, and neither appears on ISO certificates.

:yes:I did this style in our quality Policy, each requirement cover by one point, but i found difficulty to write a statement fit for this requirement: “5.3 c) provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives”.

as you said it is easier from me to show the auditor and easy for the auditor to see it is conforming or not .

Ours is a single statement (slightly long) but there are add-ons along with it giving some points on how we intend to implement the policy !

Hi !

We have 6 that includes all the usual key terms: quality, excellence, social responsability, responsability and commitment to shareholders, etc.
