A wild guess would be +/-1-to-3deg.F/C. and +/-3-to-5%RH . SO what model/manufacturer of instrument are you reffering to? . You have expressed that you are calibrating/verifying a thermo-hygrometer. You will need:
An acceptable procedure to test this item. The manufacturer’s procedure is recommended.
[Like Brad said],The manufacturer’s specifications of this item. These are found in DUT spec-sheet or DUT mftr’s manual
Define/declare a specifications if manufacturer’s specifications are not available
Have acceptable standards to test the specifications
A place to test this item.
If you are testing to MIL STD 45662A, Z540.3, or ISO 17025 then much more is needed.
