Welcome.

I understand you are new to this forum, but what is your experience working with Quality/Business Systems or just what is your general experince?

I am working with ISO 9000 QMS. I am QMR assistant. I only have 2-years experience and bad at English. Very glad when going in this cove. I hope i get more help form yours!:agree:

I think the effectiveness of the QMS can be assess by many indicators
1- employee satisfaction
2- customer satisfaction
3- sales rate increased
4- objective Achieved

let's say you bought a second hand car... how would you know what the condition of the car is like unless you have a reference to compare it to?... its manufacturer's performance description possibly, or maybe another similar car in good working condition, .... i think you get the point
