How to calculate MTBF of a system based on subcomponents

Anybody knows how i can to calculate the "quality factor"?
I wants to calculate the MTBF resistor, fixed, composition

I knows the tables, but i dont know wich quality factor i have to take.....

Read the following thread at RIAC.

The S, R and P designations were for military grade resistors. Commercial or unknown quality grades had to use 10. However, as the thread stated, a lot has changed.

Have you considered another method?
