Hi.
You should just follow the steps in 5S. First you have to be passionate about the task yourself and be sure that you have full backing from management/board of the company. Then put together a team and train them in the task ahead. Look up some good presentations in this forums list of files.

I would start with a general education plan. 5S for the Manufacturing Floor and 5S for the Office.

Once everyone is trained, start with one project on the floor and one in the office. Learn how it works and take the results and put together a project plan for all work areas.

Re-establish the plan every year so you don't do it once and forget about it.
