How to document Risk Assessment on Repeat Business

We are an AS9100 certified company and looking for simple suggestions on how to document risk assessment for repeat business?

The goods (rubber o-rings) that are considered repeat business are sold to many different customers and are usually in stock.

We currently utilize a Risk Matrix for orders, but it seems to be a little overkill in these instances.

Anybody using a simpler method? I have heard rumors of using a stamp to document that risk assessment has been performed...

Select a suitable category for yourself for example you may make these rubber o- rings per a lot, per a PO, or per a contract etc. Now pick a catgory that you are comfortable with for reviewing your risk. After that particular stock is completely finished or that PO is released or that contract expires at the start of new PO, a new contract or a new lot you assess your risk again. This category can be time period every six months or every quarter etc. Make a reasonable judgement and make it simple for your self while ensuring that risk is being fully covered.
