How to find Info about updated Standards

Dear community, I'm really grateful for this forum.

I have a quick question as to where I can look up whether the standards we abide by in our company have to be updated.
So far, I have looked up info on ISo_Org but on that page, there is only info about whether there are amendments or corrigenda.
There is no actual info about the diff between let's say IEC-62366-1 2015 and IEC-62366-1 AMD 2020? (this is only an example).
In general, you would have to abide by always the most recent version since the recent version of a standard represents the state of the art.
Sometimes it's ok to use older versions. What exactly makes something like this possible or how do you justify that?
Also: how do you know the sources where you can look up the actual differences between the versions are reliable or not?

Thanks!

Since all standards are copyrighted, you won't be able to find a website that will tell you the difference between two versions of a standard. However, there are websites that will notify you when a standard revises. The one I use is Techstreet. Do a web search for "techstreet tracker," and you will find it. You can add standards to your list, and they will send you an email when the standard revises. When it does, it will be up to you to purchase the new version and perform a gap analysis. Sometimes a redlined version is available for purchase as well. Hope that helps. Oh, and someone else posted recently about a place to buy standards on the cheap. Here it is: www.evs.ee/en/search

Additionally, on that website often it is possible just to view the complete standard for 2/3 euros for 24 hours. This is useful to check the standard to decide if you should buy it.
