I agree with kgott that you may
ask your customer or look at their profile.
Another way to do this is to put yourself in the shoes of your customer, what would you expect when you purchase a product?
Say, if I were to go to a cafeteria on a hot summer day and order a glass of soda, I would expect the following:
- that it's given promptly
- that it's good quality (clean, good packaging, not expired)
- that the soda is cold, if it's not, I would expect that the seller gives me some ice in the glass to go with my soda.
