I tried to search for similar topics but couldn't find anything that serves our purposes.
We are project organization and we don't have our own production. We deliver power plants by turnkey deliveries. You understand that we have a lot of designing to do and a lot to purchasing to do and to monitor.
Do you have ideas how to make the design review process effective? How often should we review? How should the review be implemented? Should the reviews be divided to mechanical, electricity and automation reviews? Or process, mechanical and EIC? How about cross reviewing between departments?
Tough question and I sided it in a different topic in benchmarking. I hope to get some good tips from you guys!
