Hi All,
I am required to perform an MSA study on Cross Hatch Test. We have an in house powder coating plant and to check the powder coating adhesion we have to do a test called Cross Hatch, following is the method to perform the test,
The cutter, which has of a number of blades at equal spacing, is used to score through the coating down to the substate. Two cuts are made at right angles to each other resulting in a grid of small squares. Debris is removed from the surface of the sample and then adhesive tape is applied over the grid. After removal of the tape, the coating adhesion is assesed by reference to charts shown in the relevant standard.
My question in here is how to perform an MSA on this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Many Thanks in advance
