How to purchase CTS-ECG Database

To implement IEC60601-2-51, there are two ECG database needed: one is CSE database and the other is CTS-ECG calibration and analytical database.
We purchased the CSE datdabase, but the owner of the CTS-ECGs which is Biosigna dose not exist now.
How can I purchase or get the CTS-ECG database?

For Biosigna, check with ERT - http://ert.com/contact-ert/ as they had acquired Biosigna in 2008.
