Dear all,
we have small business unit. we have iso 9001:2000 system . we have decided some objective but after achieving those objectives then we take other process area . my question is that how MR or process head will assure that achieved objectives are the part of system or shall be monitored . any one have sample excel format which keep track .

I guess I may be lost here. Why so many objectives and measures? First, I'm kind of a 3-5 man. What about having three to five objectives for each area? Who is generating these objectives, and have you defined reasonable measures? What is the purpose of the objectives, and what are you planning on doing with the information? Who is interested in the objectives and who will be viewing the results?
