I don't have much more to add to this topic, but the last reply invokes a mental exercise I almost always do when certain circumstances arise...

Whenever the word "magical" comes up in the course of my business (and I often find myself casually using it!) I stop the conversation and ask "Sorry, is it possible to use the word validated instead of magical?"

I, on the other hand, hardly ever use the word magical. I don't believe in magic. My intention was to highlight exactly that - to say that expecting such abilities is unrealistic.
