Here is the manual.
Yes, you can gauge the connectors with a calibrated connector gauge set.
The electrical measurements..... you are going to need a network analyzer and reference cal kit to make the measurements, but with measurement uncertainties you will end up with a less than a 1:1 test uncertainty ratio. With a less than 1:1 ratio you gain nothing by "calibrating" the cal kit - except to have a "sticker" on it.
