It usually comes up more as a discrimination issue in the hiring process. ".I'm puzzled; please follow my thoughts and than correct me if I'm wrong..
a) I have to design internally my needs of provision for resources ( human): a table with the education, competence needed, experience and soft skills for each people nedeed
b) Than I have to hire the people looking for them through some public media.(newspapewr, radio or even TV advertisement)
May I use the "education" during the hiring process as parameter for people selection or not ? May I write on the newspaper job advertisements " I'm lookin for at least "
high school graduated" to cover the position A", or is it considered a discrimination?
If I have only to write the education request in my internal file and I cannot use it for hiring, I cannot feel any added value coming from the ISO standard....and may be a contraddiction between the standard and the law. I don't want to believe it.
