Hello All,
Hope you are well and have a nice weekend! :D
Our company (based in NL) designs mechanical wind turbine components for wind turbine manufacturers all over the world.

I am looking for register of health and safety and environmental regulations, legislations applicable to design of mechanical components. Can anyone be so kind and help me??? Would really appreciate it.

Yep, and here it is as simple as possible

HSE regulations will be specific to each individual country and many times to the individual subdivisions of each country such as the individual States here in the USA and the Provinces and Territories in Canada

There is no one single solution to your question.

Here in the USA your primary search for H&S will be... http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owa..._type=STANDARDS&p_toc_level=1&p_keyvalue=1910

and for Environmental will be.. http://www.epa.gov/lawsregs/

BUT, that is just the beginning, we have 50 seperate States, a Commonwealth (Puerto Rico) and numerous Territories that may have more restrictive laws than Federal Law

Canadian regulation structure is similar.

Randy is right, legislation will vary from one country to another. Here in the UK we have a website www.legislation.gov.uk which contains all our legislation. Interestingly, I did a quick search but nothing came up for wind turbines.

We also have the Health & Safety Executive website www.hse.gov.uk and a search on wind turbines there produced these results.

I hope it helps.

In Australia; safety legislation is the role of the states although this is changing. What may be of particular interest to you, and I hope this legislative requirement applies in other countries as well, but there are regulations concerning the installation, operation maintenance and the final de-construction, of plant as it’s called here.

This means the designer has to design and ‘build in’ requirements that enable all of these stages to carried out safely.
