Hypothesis test for Bias, not for GRR. WHY ??

Both in GRR and Bias test, we work on Sample taken from Population. But we don't conduct Hypothesis test for GRR as in Bias test.
Can you tell me, where am I wrong with my perception ??

If you use the ANOVA GRR method, you actually do perform several hypothesis tests.
