ISO 19011:2002 is launced on 2002 October 01. This international standard is called Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing. It is divided into 7 clauses:
Clause 4, principle of auditing;
Clause 5, Managing an auditing programme;
Clause 6, Audit activities;
Clause 7, Competence and evaluation of auditors.
The total number of page is 31. The figures give us better understanding of the concepts. The boxed texts are provided the examples on special topics, in form of practical help.
