Hi,
How did you get over this clause? I mean, how does your risk analysis looks like?
If os possible to share a dummy file for such risk analysis, i'll be grateful !
Thank you

AndyN IA plan covers all Customers, all processes, and priorities are the Critical or process with bad trends BUT was from our knowledge, i mean from experience .

Nowadays, perhaps i AM wrong, but this is not enough. this should come through a file: a risk assessment with clear inputs and evaluation right?
That s my doubt.

In ISO/TS 16949 the 8.2.2 requirements stated "audit programme shall be established taking into consideration the status and importance of the processes and areas to be audited". If you are meeting that then the new 9.2.2 requirements aren't much different, practically speaking.

Obvious risk for this process is:
"Established audit programme is not prioritized based upon risk, internal and external performance trends and criticality of the process(es)". :tg:
