In the last years, I already had 3 external audits for IT support as remote location service.
Despite the good results, with excelents comments from the auditor and without non-conformities, I have to say, i hate this IATF audit
From all the work that needs to do be prepared, to the 2 hours audit session, its a waste of time, doesn´t bring any added value to an IT customer support
This kind of audit is so far away from the reality of what is a IT Service Management and customer support, that its so frustating
I haven´t found that many information about IATF and IT, or people to discuss it, so looking fordward to read some comments
