The organization shall ensure that caliberation/verification activities and records shall include the following details:
a)revisions following engineering changes that impact measurement systems.

What revisions should be made and recorded on the caliberation/verification records?
Can someone explain?

In my opinion, I think this applies to the gages go no go, (checking fixture), when you have a change of engineering in your part, and that change includes a modification in the gage, by change of dimension, tolerance, form of piece, etc., the gage must be modified and validated, that is, calibrate and perform gr & r studies.
