IATF 16949 Process Mapping

Good Afternoon All,

I am looking for feedback in developing processes for an IATF 16949 Manufacturer. In our recent recertification audit, it was a driving point that we are still operating under a procedure based system, and never fully made the transition to a process driven approach.

Admittedly, this is a new concept to me, and I was hoping for some guidance for the direction of this.

Orange images are to be viewed as processes, with blue being procedures or subprocesses that are already in place
