IATF Rules 5 SI Aftermarket Parts

I am confused is it the IATF Rules 6 now for SI ? When they add isn't the number to change?
 
Thanks! I have to look at the website, they normally email me with new additions to SI.
 
I think since the original was released in 2016 that the newest standard will be coming out before 2026, but until then we need the sanctioned interpretations, right?

They are far from “interpretations.“. They’re wholesale changes.
 
I thought there were already not enough IATF auditors to go around...?
