IATF16949 Clause 9.1.2.1e - Customer notification related

HI there,

I need to some some advise to interpret for this clause especially clause 9.1.2.1e. Customer notification related to quality or delivery issue include special status. One of the performance indicators that need to be monitored customer notification related to quality or delivery issue. Can anyone advise what kind of performance indicator we need to monitor in order to comply to this clause. Thank you

It is not complicated
If the customer sends a communication saying he is not happy because of delivery or quality.
Some companies have what they call a special status for example GM have CSL1 and CSL 2 these are special statuses and you need to monitor their occurrence.

currently we monitor customer complaint, warranty claim which related to delivery or quality. then our customer also will send notification quarterly related to customer complaint performance .
