IEC 60601-2-57 light source classification

Hi,

I'm trying to classify an SpO2 sensor light source following the IEC 60601-2-57/80601-2-57 standard. I have multiple red and infrared LED with a given radiant power but I'm not sure how I should assess their risk group. I understand I must ensure the emission limit is within a given threshold but I don't know how to calculate this value from the LED chip radiant power in mW. Any guidance would be appreciated.
