"ME EQUIPMENT or its parts intended to be connected to a power source by means of a plug (...)"
In my understanding this does not only apply to the mains plug, but also to all other plugs that have accessible pins (e.g. HF surgery electrode cables)?
I justed wanted to see, if there other interpretations. I have seen some test report from big test labs, where this clause was marked "N/A" saying, there are no plugs to be connected to mains .
To me it is clear, that it does not matter, of the residual voltage is caused by mains, secondary or battery voltage.
