I have some confusion about requirements for pump motors to be used in medical instrument washers.
Chapter 14.1: "b)" ...there are no additional requirements for motors and transformers which have passed the applicable tests of 4.4.2.5, 4.4.2.7, 14.2 and 14.6;
If a motor will pass these tests will it be OK to use? Or will the chapter 6.7 requiremets for insulation apply to the motor internals?
The motor is not accessible to the user and it is connected to the protective earth and thermal relay.
