Implementation of the ISAS-MEDIA 9001 standard in a TV channel

hello , I'm in final year internship and i'm working on implementation of Isas-media 9001 in channel tv , i need a documentation aboit this standard and guidance for the implementation of this standard , thank you for your help ( I found just this document on the standards that I put it on the attachment )

The attachment is a version of ISO 9001 for the media industry and it is in english.

I guess we are being asked to review it or Sabrina is looking for an internship in the UK.
hi, I'm working on the implementation of a quality management system in a media channel (tv) and I'm a bit lost on the steps to follow , I'm looking for an example of the implementation of this standard

Engage top management in answering these questions:

0. What is the mission of your organization (you should already know this).
1. Who are your customers and which of their needs are fulfilled by your media?
2. What does your organization do to convert these needs into continued funding?
3. What does your organization do to monitor, review and improve its performance?

You should now have determined the processes that are essential to the success of your business.

Then ask top management who has the expertise to own each process. They should consult each of the proposed process owners before briefing them on their need to formalize their management system to provide confidence that these requirements will be fulfilled now and in the future.

You’ll be working mostly with these process owners and occasionally with top management.

Then search this site for “developing your process-based management system”.

Always remember to show respect for the system that is your organization.

That way you draw people in to willingly make any necessary changes.

BTW, don’t lead with the standard (as you did here) but allow the standard to influence your questions when working with the process owners to capture the way their processes actually work.
