I am implementing AS 9100 Rev C for our company,our company is in the business of electrical harness,cable assembly. I m in the process of setting objective for the process (KPI) If anyone is having list of possible objective please share with me :confused:

Remeber that all KPIs are metrics, but not all metrics are KPIs. A KPI is a metric that is directly ties to a quality objective, which in turn supports the quality policy. A KPI must also be able to rate the gap between a target and what you are actually seeing.

You can consider:

Defects per 1000
1st Pass Yield
WO completed on time
Throughput per shift
Hours earned vs. hours worked
Safety incidents and days lost

There are many - you just need to choose the ones important to your business and organization.

One of my clients in the electrical and harness assembly business had these kpi's:

On time delivery greater than 95%
Defect rate less than 1%
Variance in production time less than 10%
Returns less than 2%
Rework rate less than 1%
Warranty costs less than 1%

While all of the suggestions made from everyone are excellent - make sure that you meet - as a minimum - the requirements of clause 8.4 AS9100 Rev C.
