Note: this ISO standard is meant only for security printers, stamp producers and secure hologram manufacturers. There are a number of steps to gaining certification;
1) the company has to be screened and accepted by Intergraf as a security printer, this costs, see Intergraf . eu website for full list of costs.
2) once accepted by Intergraf, which can take up to 28 days, companies will receive the Intergraf certification requirements. This details the minimum security requirements the company must implement to achieve accreditation to one of the three levels of accreditation, non-governmental, governmental or central bank.
3) the company must establish and implement a security print management system, based on risk analysis.
Once steps1-3 have been completed the company can be audited for certification.
It must be noted that the auditing company has to be approved by Intergraf, of which there are only two world wide.
This is a stand a lone security management system focused mainly on physical product, manufacturing security, not IT security. It does however have IT security requirements that seem to be lifted from 27001.
Hope this helps
