hi,
recently, we had a new centre merged in our organisation for support services such as payroll, HR, account etc.. now i want to prepare iso 9001:2008 for this new centre within our organisation.. they are serving internal customers and external customers.. within the same centre they are having 2 divisions for HR one for the internal customers and one HR for the external cusmters.. do i need to prepare 2 separate manuals for them.... or how do you go about certification when merging occurs and there is certain overlap in functions.. thank you..
