Update: I am hosting a meeting tomorrow to introduce everyone to ISO and what it will mean(very basic) for us. During the meeting I plan on getting a general overview of our business processes drawn out. After a good deal of research I am leaning towards implementing a Lean QMS. I have seen several 1 page quality manuals that link all of the requirements necessary into a diagram. This is then expanded into procedures and the required six documentation/records. Any feedback from someone who has implemented a lean QMS with any chance of having a look at their manual, policy, etc... would be appreciated very much.

I don't think they were mentioned before in the thread. I recommend you write procedures for this processes even though they are not mandatory.
From my experience, when you need to show an auditor that a process is performed, it is much easier when you have a written procedure

I definitely have included all of that aside from contract review. We may need this item however, I am not sure about the use of that procedure yet. Once I have a better understanding I will determine the inclusion.

All the inclusions of your business process into the QMS, must have these three elements:
Clarity
Sincerity
Purpose
The one aspect every process must know and understand is about which other processes it talks with and why (Interacts in your business)
Every process has a procedure. It can be documented when it is complex, or when the personnel who execute the procedure so desire, or when the management feels its good to document and train the personnel. Again clarity sincerity and purpose.
There is the standard for the rest of the help and support.

Just a quick update. I have had a few company wide meeting discussing ISO and what it will involve. We will have our quality policy and objectives finished this week as well. I also plan on having a rough draft of our quality manual done in the next week or so. I plan on possibly submitting a copy of my proposed manual here for discussion and useful critique.

I will have my draft manual finished by Thursday. I need to obtain some feedback and critique of my proposed manual. How should I go about this? Are there any experts here that would be willing to give me their feedback, ideas, things missed, etc? I need a few volunteers. My manual is very short and is not a traditional manual. Please let me know. Once I have a final version I plan on sharing it with the community minus any business/personnel sensitive items. I plan on sharing my whole ISO system when it is complete as well as a way of helping others who are in my situation.

Thank you Billy. I will send you a document on Thursday. No big rush on the review but I am getting close to starting on the written procedures. I am planning on implementation within 30-45 days with no major hiccups. Anyone else wanting to review and comment please post here as well. Thank you all.
