Hello

We have two manufacturing units , one unit have ISO 9001:2008 (Like - Unit_A) and another doesn't have (Like Unit_B). now we make procedure and work instruction for the welding operation & welders are certified on the name of for the first unit, (Unit_A) ISO certified . now i want to give referance of the same procedure, work instruction and will use same certified welders to the another unit (Unit_B). so, what i have to do for the same.

What do you mean by this ?
Is it that the welders are certified externally, and a certificate issued to them mention Unit_A name on it ?
OR
The Unit_A qualifies them internally based on the method adopted ?
Welding can be a very critical job and there are certain statutory requirements of welder qualification for certain types of welding jobs.
If such does not apply to you, then as long as the welder qualification of Unit_A and Unit _B are same (You say sister company) all that matters is competency of welding.

Yes, welders are certified by an external agency (TUV) - As per welding standards - on Unit_A

AND

Why do you need a memo.
You are just sharing knowledge between sister companies
It is not needed that the procedure have a Unit_A / Unit_B name in them.
These are two procedures of two companies and controlled by each company respectively.

Using an employee of a sister company is OK.But do you put them under free labour? You have to mention this in your apex manual stating the arrangement as authorized and official.
