Could you give the reference for that requirement? We have a Rework PFMEA, but I can't find a requirement to have one & ours has never been requested by Chrysler.
I would suggest doing a PFMEA on rework that you do on a regular basis and any process where you have a predefined process for doing the rework. The rework PFMEA is then done using the standard PFMEA process.
