Does anyone has sample documented process flowcharts, procedures/or standard operating procedures related to these processes? Please post them for sharing purposes.

Thanks in advance

I know that there must be documentation out there somewhere for ink/toner cartridge remanufacturing because almost every seller of those things claims that the products are made in ISO 9001-certified plants. In fact, I don't know of any other retail product where ISO 9001 is so consistently cited in advertising.

There doesn't appear to be anyone here who's involved in that type of work, but you never know when Google might send someone. Even if you had someone else's documentation, it might not be appropriate for your processes. If you have a basic understanding of process documentation (and you can find many examples here), you'll probably be better off by not using someone else's.

Thank you Jim and Carol for your help.

Jim, you are right, but having examples from others will ensure that I don't miss out things that are important.

Have started process mapping and writing up the remanufacturing processes for a small self-own company.

Thanks Harry. I already got those info from goggles search. I am looking for sample processes and procedures and work instructions for ink and toner cartridges remanufacturing, just like those available for ISO qms documentation, procedures and templates in clove forum.

Eric,

Harry gave you excellent advice. :agree1: But if you expect complete specialized, custom-made procedures and work instructions available to you, you may be mistaken. Some (hard) work on your part and your colleagues is expected.

Why don't you write a procedure and/or work instruction, post it here, and ask for feedback?

Happy New Year!

Stijloor.

No Eric. You are not! What Stijloor meant is that there cannot be a cookie cutter for this kind of business. Due to the different technology available and employed in countries with different levels of development, the way of doing this business (manufacturing included) will be different.
