Inspection Records for a Building Contracting Firm

Hi all

I am looking to obtain sample templates for the recording of incoming, in-process and final inspection for building construction by a general building contracting firm - currently going for ISO 9001

Also a sample of an inspection plan template would be useful

Finally in relation to plant and equipment and the maintenance of same what records are required, again a sample template would be great hear also.
