Seriously, thank you for your help through this. The great thing about environmental systems (IMO) is that there is ALWAYS more to learn, or better ways to make your system more efficient. It's that type of information I have gathered from the Cove that helped our system become as mature as it is.

Congrats, Dean, on the successful audit! Hopefully, ours will be the same in about 8 months.

We also use QSI here and came across similar problems with our Environmental and Quality Policies. So, we incorporated a PDR (Paper Distribution Record) for them. If a copy is found that does not match the PDR, there's an issue. And a simple comparison demonstrates that what is posted is the "latest-and-greatest."
