Re: Integrating 3 Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/2
Once again you are my knight in shining armour. We have integrated 14001 & 18000 and this year we will start further integrating audits with 9001 & 16949, hopefully moving toward a full IMS in 2013.
I was just about to start on a matrix table in readiness for conducting the auditor training for January as some of our auditors are EHS trained and some QMS and here you are with it ready done for me
Only prob, cant seem to open it. Can you send it via my email address.
Thanks
Chrissie
I have done a few of these now and to be honest, they are no big deal. I have attached a cross reference that may be of use.
I always start with ISO 9001 as that gives the structure and then add the other bits as required.
As you will know, there are many common elements so they can be done together.
My latest challenge has been 9001, 18001 and 27001 for a clinic that perform spinal surgery, overseas. Now this has been quite tough but we just had the stage 1 last week and came out with 5 observations so I am happy with that.
