I've just registered here, please excuse the late reply.
Don't know if you've found them already, but Dan Jones and James Womack, who were (probably) among the first if not the first to write about and formalise lean, are quite helpful to me as a first resource. They have a book "Lean Thinking" and websites for the UK and US - the lean enterprise academy (UK)
and the lean enterprise institute (US)
Hope that's helpful - I'm not in any way affiliated with them btw, just find this a useful resource.
