I have issue of calibration of Flue gas analyzer issue & I don't know how to solve it since there is no capabiilty available in this country but if I send it abroad it usually take time & huge money. Can anyone guide me about it?:thanks:

Re: Integrity of Flu gas analyzer?

Do you mean the sniffers used in calorimetry?

Land com series III but the problem is I don't know where to get it calibrated? if I send it outside then how do I serve my clients? Correlation of results of different results is not available in this country.:thanks:

Flue gas analyzers are used to monitor emissions of furnaces, boilers, turbines, etc. They have sensors that detect the amount of oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, unburnt fuel, etc. going up the smokestack to determine the combustion efficiency of the burners; i.e. to see if they are burning too lean or too rich. Some also monitor sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides for air pollution regulations.

Just about any calibration company that handles gas detectors, leak sniffers, carbon monoxide monitors and confined space monitors can usually handle flue gas analyzers as well, as they fall in the same general category.

but the question is how to calibrate that or how to maintain its integrity ?
:thanks:
