Definition Intended Results - What does "Intended Results" mean?

What ISO 9001:2015 means by "intended results" (ex. - in 4.1, 6.1.1a)?
In ISO 14001:2015 these are explicit stated, but in ISO 9001:2015 .....

I expect (intention) the painted object to be red. A red object is my intended result. Is the object red (my intended result) or is it blue (not my intended result).

What is the intended result of a quality management system? A product which meets the agreed-on specification, delivered on time (customers' perspective). It can also mean at the lowest cost for the organization (internally, no scrap, rework, etc).
