I really don't know if this presentation should go here so i risk it! I had inspiration and it came to my mind like an arrow in the air!!! Comments will be appreciated especially the ...bad ones!
I thought it was very well done. It made me stop and look at all I've been through at my current company and I have to say it does feel like climbing a mountain. But my reaction to looking back on all that has happened was, look how far you've gone.
Thanks
Now trust me, I am not at the top. There is a long way to go. But metaphorically speaking, if I fell from this point, I'd be dead.
I want to thank you all for your comments. It really feels like climbing a mountain but what you get in the end (top) is the pleasure of achieving one aim! (i am saying one because when you're at the top of the mountain there are other mountains to conquer as well. Do you remember what Tiger Woods and his grip changing?).
I am not either in the top of the organisation i work for now but looking back 6 years i see the progress i've made and i feel good.
And by the way one of my inspirations about this presentation was page 76 of the "TQM a pictorial guide for managers" by Joan Oakland & Peter Morris , the part refering to the "stages of leadership"...just for the story.

I really liked the presentation, thanks for sharing.
I was just starting to feel like I was nearing the top of the mountain, then they moved me to a much bigger mountain within the company, a new climb and a new set of challanges.
