Internal Audit of Integrated Management System

I am currently integrating ISO 14001 and Responsible Recycling standards. But we have a scheduled Internal Audit in a week. Not everything has been integrated. Would old forms not yet updated be considered acceptable for an internal audit?

In other words, does everything have to be integrated before the audit? My boss scheduled this audit even though I told him I needed more time to update everything.

What's the objective of the audit? And the scope? If you know it's not fully integrated, are you auditing, say, to determine how much is not integrated?

Which old forms are we talking about here? The audit checklists or forms used throughout the process of making the product/service.

Either way, I think the audit could proceed with the results showing:
  • The current state of the integration plan (i.e., on schedule, behind schedule, ahead of schedule)
  • Gaps in areas that have supposedly been integrated
  • Whether or not integration is working effectively
