We have separated our checklist into two parts...one is for internal auditors to work with and the other is for the Environmental Coordinator to use when he does general awareness audits - this gen. awareness sheet has taken questions from the standard checklist, allowing him to know exactly what to ask when on the floor instead of flipping between pages.
