How do you interpret this?
If in the production floor areas there are four teams of manufacturing that rotate days and nights in the several production areas , it is ok to audit the several teams covering their shifts or you shall audit them also during days and nights, according to the rotation of the shifts?

I am not sure I understand your scenarios very well, but the TS 16949 standard says all shifts shall be audited. This has been commonly misunderstood to mean all processes running on all shifts - if that was the case I wouldn't have had time to be the Document Control Queen at my last employer!

Is it also required to make internal audit during night in production areas and process if there is a facility working 24 hrs no stop or it is ok to audit team A, B , C and D intended as shift working personnel?

Yes, working at night is the same as 'all shifts"...You aren't auditing the people, you are auditing the process. At night, we know, different things happen!

Even if A, B C, and D work days, in a rotation, you have still only audited the day (first) shift!
