I need a little affirmation regarding Y14.5M 1994 Figure 5.14 Interpreting LMC; this may be elementary to some but indulge me in a little post labor day revelry, I think:
This is my read on the figure:
At LMC condition the slot width is 3.5 +0.05 or 3.55, and the Positional Tolerance Width is 0.5; the 2.025 dim is the the LMC condition 3.55 + the 0.5 tolerance zone or 4.05/2 = 2.025
At MMC condition the slot width is 3.5 - 0.05 or 3.45, and the Positional Tolerance Zone Width is 0.5 PLUS the accumulated or Maximum Bonus of 0.10 or 0.6; and finally the 2.025 dim remains the same because the 0.1 lost in the LMC to MMC excursion is picked up in the Tolerance Zone Width 0.5 + 0.10 Bonus.
If I'm wrong let me down easy.....Thanks for your assistance.
