I have a question regarding the interpretation of Minitab Test For Equal Variances results. If the confidence intervals overlap at any point there is insufficient evidence that the variances are different...and both the F-test and Levene's test p values are below alpha 0.05.
Is this correct? And both of these conditions must be met?
Attached is my example....in this case the confidence intervals do overlap, yet the F Test and Levene's test p values are below 0.05....what have I missed.
