Does somebody know what happened with INTERTEK?
They are not responding any mails (sometimes just automatic answers). We need to start the process to renew certificates.
Does anybody else see the same radio silence?

The certification arm of INTERTEK is AMTAC/INTERTEK (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and MDD 93/42/EEC - noting that they withdrew IVD 98/79/EC in 11/2014).

which intertek are you refering to?

0473 AMTAC CERTIFICATION SERVICES LTD
0359 INTERTEK TESTING & CERTIFICATION LTD

0359 no longer exists as a notified body. It can be difficult to get responses out of the people at AMTAC; they have quite a backlog from my understanding; although I'm surprised they haven't contacted you if your certificate is about to expire
