Interview with Director of Quality

This would be my third Interview after getting impressed by the first one(HR), and the second one (Quality manager).

What type of questions I should expect from Quality Director in my final interview process for Quality technician position????

Being a Quality Technician what Questions should I ask the Quality Director in the Interview Process...

Any suggestions.......Please advice......Thanks for all your help guys ..

There's no way for anyone here to predict what questions might be asked. You've had two good interviews, so you should be prepared for the third. Don't sweat it.

When asked for questions, ask the Quality Director what the biggest reason they would not hire you is. Then give back an answer that spins it back in your favour or eliminates the reason.

Great to hear the first two interviews went well and surely the third one with Quality Director will be fine too. I would recommend you to go through the Job Description again and see how you can fit in the role and be an asset to the company.

If you've made it this far, odds are you have the job - to be interviewed by a Director level for a tech position is not common. This person just wants to see who they're going to have working with them.

The only way that I can see this happening is at a smallish company with title inflation. I worked with a supplier (14 people) where the production manager was titled plant manager, the plant manager was titled president, and the quality manager was titled quality director. Its one of the ways small companies land people in those roles.

But This company is a multi million dollar revenue company with more than 1000 employees in 3 facilities.

Then it is highly unusual. I hope it doesn't mean the director doesn't trust their managers. Or that there are no quality managers and the director handles all three locations.
