Dear all,
Good day to you. I would like to seek for the advice from the experts here with regards to the validity of the standards or guidelines used.
Currently our organization is pursuing ISO 22301 BCMS and we purchased its 2012 version. At the same time, we have another local standard which has been replaced by this ISO 22301 standard. This obsolete standard has been safekept by our Quality Management Team all the while for reference purpose but somehow, it is being shared by one of our members with the rest of the BCMS Project Team. So now, this newly-established BCMS Project Team has the access to these 2 standards, namely ISO 22301 standard (valid) and local standard (obsolete and superseded by ISO 22301).
As such, I would like to ask if this has violated any ISO clauses, i.e. control of the documented information of external origin? Is this acceptable to the CB?
Thank you in advance for the advice!
